Privately owned Georgian Manor Congham Hall Hotel has created a two-night foodie package to celebrate the launch of its new Spring menu in March. The Norfolk hotel set within 30 acres of gracious parkland and extensive gardens blends elegance and luxury with modern amenities and a focus on traditional hospitality.

The Gourmete Midweek Treat features a five-course tasting menu designed by Executive Chef James O’Connor to showcase some of the delicious new dishes, such as Grilled Fillet of Beef, Fondant Potato, Woodland Mushroom and Madeira Sauce, followed by Chocolate Fondant with Malted Milk Ice-Cream.

The two-night break can be booked for stays from Monday 25 February to Thursday 4 April (excluding weekends) and includes the five-course tasting menu for two on one of the nights.
