Billericay care provider, Hallmark Care Homes has been named a top 20 mid-size care home group for the fourth year running by independent care website, carehome.co.uk

The industry-leading group won the top 20 mid-size care home group title out of 55 UK care providers.

The 18 residential, nursing and dementia care homes, which have an overall 9.7 group recommendation rating, were recognised by the leading review website for care homes, for the number and quality of recommendations they received from residents and relatives in the last year.

In order to review the home, visitors fill out a recommendation form, scoring the home on a range of areas from care to facilities and food and drink.

Managing Director of Hallmark Care Homes, Ram Goyal said: “We are extremely grateful to the residents and families who took the time to review our services on carehome.co.uk

“Hallmark Care Homes has consistently been named a top 20 care home group every year since 2015.

“The credit must go to the team who work with passion and commitment to maintain the high quality of care that we provide.”

Amanda Hopkins, Reviews Manager of Carehome.co.uk said: “Care home groups, which put compassion, dignity and kindness at the heart of their care, are making a profound difference to residents’ lives.

“Our reviews, which are written by residents and their family and friends, show that Hallmark Care Homes provides high quality care throughout its homes and we would like to congratulate it on being a top care home group!

“We feel it is a huge achievement to be named as one of the Top 20 care home groups in the UK.”
