Police appeal for two women following racial abuse incident in Southend

Police would like to talk to these people after a shop worker was racially abused in Southend.

At around 5.30pm on Friday, December 8, a woman (photo one) entered the Co-Op store in Sutton Road and then racially abused a member of staff after he requested identification from her daughter, who was attempting to buy cigarettes.

Police then received a report that the worker was again racially abused by a woman (photo two) connected with the first suspect at around 10.10am on Sunday, December 10.
