Jimmy Jones is back in town!

Jimmy JonesDUBBED the ‘Godfather of adult comedy’, the legendary Jimmy Jones will be making a welcome return to his home county this weekend.

Coming to the Brookside Theatre in Romford this Friday, the Rainham born funny man will be joined by fellow comedian Mickey Pugh for a night of fun, laughs and cheeky comedy.

And, being known as one of the most outspoken comedians of the last 40 years, the theatre is delighted to welcome Jimmy Jones as their first performer of the year.

“Through the hard work and loyalty of our local volunteers and the support of the community, the theatre has gone from strength to strength, with not only many of the UK’s best live music acts performing here, but now some incredible celebrities,” says Brookside Theatre’s manager and founder, Jai Sepple. “We have managed to build up a stunning reputation for live entertainment here in the heart of Romford and cannot thank all involved and all who support us enough. We are so excited about what the New Year will bring and we hope that we continue to bring some of the country’s top acts to the residents of Havering.”
