AFTERNOON Tea is a British tradition that has graced afternoon’s since the 1840s.
This simple afternoon meal grew into a social event, especially for those who spent their lives in the upper echelons of society. Afternoon Tea became even more prominent once Queen Victoria herself took part in this tradition. Decades later and it is still a favourite of many – naughty but nice – but one we all love to savour!
