Bensons for Beds Thurrock has recently opened a new concept store at Lakeside Retail Park which, aside from offering the usual retail services, also features in-store ambassadors and sleep consultations with The Sleep School’s sleep specialist Dr Guy Meadows as well as some other innovative new features.
The new store provides an array of services that aim to establish and build relationships with local customers and offers bespoke experiences as well as creating new job opportunities in the area.
Lynda Stretton, head of marketing at Bensons for Beds, said: “We’re thrilled to be opening another megastore in a key retail area. We are looking forward to engaging with our customers and offering the community latest technology and specialist sleep and interior consultants.”
Another feature of the new concept store is the exclusive Comfort Station Adaptive.
This ground-breaking technology adjusts to different firmness levels and then uses comfort tracking tech to identify how your body is affected by the way you sleep, and by using pressure sensing surface technology, will show you where support is needed.
Another development in the new store is the Furniture Design Centre. Located on the first floor, the centre offers 20 different styles and in-store interior specialists can help co-design your space and create a bespoke bedroom design.
The new Thurrock store comes after the opening of similar outlets in Manchester, Bolton and Aintree.
Bensons for Beds now has over 270 stores nationwide.
