VINTAGE fans will be thrilled to hear that Vintage Vogue – or Essex Vintage Fashion Fair – is back for its first event of the year this month.
Taking place at Brentwood School Sports Hall on 28 March, the fair offers the largest vintage fashion shopping experience this side of the M25 and is the place to head to for authentic vintage treasures to freshen up your look this spring.
The fair boasts more than 60 dealers from up and down the country and a wide selection of vintage and retro merchandise from the 1920s to 1980s.
And this year there’s an added treat in store for peckish shoppers!
Organiser Stephen Marck explains: “This year we’re introducing our very own ‘Vogue Tea Room’ where you can take a break from all that shopping by sampling some British nostalgia, including sumptuous cream teas, cakes and sandwiches - all served on vintage china.” On top of that, one lucky shopper will win £200 worth of clothing from a dealer of their choice.
The fun starts at 10am and admission costs £4.50 or £3.50 for concessions. The event closes at 4pm.
