UPDATE: TWO people have been charged in connection with an alleged shooting in Billericay.
Patrick Flanigan, a 26-year-old driver from Oak Road South, Benfleet, and John Turner, a 26-year-old site agent from London Road, Benfleet, will appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court today.
Both were both charged with one count of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and one count of possession of ammunition with the intent to endanger life or enable another to do so.
The charges relate to an incident where shots were allegedly fired into a car in Mill Road, Billericay on Thursday, 17 May.
