The first menu, priced at £19.95 offers a selection of special Italian dishes including linguine tossed with clams, garlic, chilli and white wine with plum tomatoes and chopped parsley, as well as a delicious pappardelle pasta tossed with a duck confit and a siffritto ragu.
The alternative menu, costing just £24.95, includes mouth watering mains such as a spectacular lobster and tiger prawn risotto with broad beans, roasted Italian tomatoes, chilli and garlic.
“I would highly recommend our Roasted Lamb Rump from our £24.95 menu,” explains the Manager of Strada in Lakeside, Reesh Sumtallee (pictured above).
“I’ve tried it myself and it really is absolutely cracking! I think it makes a really nice wintery dish.”
