A VERDICT of accidental death was given for a Brentwood man who fell 20,000ft (6,096m) to his death when both his parachutes did not open properly.
The incident happened at the Skydive Madrid School near Madrid in Spain in June, 2009.
Coroner Dr Nigel Chapman recorded the verdict on Richard Taylor, 34, at the Nottingham inquest on Wednesday of accidental death.
